Please read the following terms and conditions very carefully as your use of service are subject to your acceptance of and compliance with the following terms and conditions. By subscribing to or using any of our services you agree that you have read, understood and are bound by the Terms, regardless of how you subscribe to or use the services. If you do not want to be bound by the Terms, you must not subscribe to or use our services.

Delivery & Shipping

  • All Orders will be dispatched normally within 7 days of receipt of payment provided all Items Ordered are in stock.
  • After dispatch it takes additional 4-6 days to reach destinations. Some remote location require more time for delivery than normal.
  • If an Item is not in stock customer can wait until it becomes available or cancel the order.
  • If customer chooses to cancel the order then the total amount except the bank service charge will be refunded.
  • Orders will be dispatched by reliable courier services depending on the availability of service in destination area. Our choice will be final for selecting courier service.
  • We are not responsible for any delays because of Courier Service Provider/Postal Department.
  • A Consignment will be considered LOST only if it is not delivered to destination within 25 days after its dispatch.
  • NO action will be taken from our side before 25 days of dispatch of consignment.
  • Replacement of the same product will be provided against lost with 15 days from the date of reporting.
  • Products can be returned within 7 days.
  • Customer shall have to send the material to our office by courier or Indian Speed Post.
  • Our Maximum Liability is Limited to the Refund of Money Paid for Order.

Note: Place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this sale shall be Indore.

Cancellation & Return/Refund Policy

Return policy

Our customer service policies are simple, straightforward and transparent and are drafted keeping your best interest in mind. But, if by any reason, you wish to part with a product you bought from www.JaivikSetu.com because you are unhappy with the service or quality, you can always send it back to us. And we promise we will look into it with utmost priority. It is your right and we respect it. Once the product is received, we would check the error. If found faulty the product would be changed and a new product would be sent to you. If the product is found faulty then it will only be exchanged, there is no cancellation or refund on the order.

No, we haven't defined any categories in product return other than the merchandise products.

Yes, you may return a part of the order, in case of multiple items in an order. Any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it. However, if your purchase was made in the period of a special promotional offer, contests or any special scheme then special rules might apply for returns.

Once your return request has been placed with our Customer Service, the product should be returned back immediately. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a Product Inspection which takes about 3 days.

The product should be sent to us for inspection. The shipping charges will be borne by us for sending back the items. If error was not found in the product as reported, the shipping and re-shipping charges will be borne by buyer.

  • We have shipped a wrong product that is not matching with your order.
  • If any kind of defect is there in the shipped material.
  • The merchandise got damaged during transit.
  • Items must be unused and undamaged and must be in their original purchase condition.
  • You need to send us the following: Original Product Packaging, Manufacturer's Containers, Documentation, Warranty Cards, Manuals, and all accessories and with tags attached (if applicable).

Refund Policy

If we found that the product is having any kind of problem then the Customer has to inform us within 5 days for the same. After the verification If we found that any Defect in our Product, will refund the amount to Customer's Bank Account/Via Cheque (in the name of Customer only) Note: The Duration of Refunding the amount (via Bank transfer/Cheque) to Customer within 15 days after the Verification of the Product.

If customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded to customer bank account via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT). You can update the details of the bank account where you wish to receive the refund.

You will need to inform following information to enable us to process a refund to your account:

  • The Bank Account Number
  • IFSC Code
  • Account Holder's Name
  • Bank Branch
  • Bank Name

Refund cannot be processed to third-party account.

NEFT refund will typically be processed in two business day from our end and will be credited to your account in three business days.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order online within 24 hour from the time of placing the order, Your entire order amount will be refunded.

Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.

Exchange Policy

Though we aim to give you a great experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with our product i.e. any error is found in the product you can exchange your order with us.

All you need to give us a call at 0731-4211100 (9:00AM to 6:00PM) and drop an email at info@jaiviksetu.com with the problem experienced by the user within a period of 7 days, from the date on which product has been received.

However, you must understand that we can't bear a loss either; so exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a proper & undamaged condition. Further, once the product is received by us, it would be checked for the mentioned reason. If problem found then the product would be exchanged, if in case there is no problem then the customer would have to bear the shipping and re-shipping cost.

Every product under JaivikSetu.com could be exchanged once checked and verified by the technical team.

Exchange is available in each and every location (India).

Under the exchange policy, there is no provision of exchanging your order with any other product. The order could only be replaced if problem is found.

As soon as the product is received by us, we would send it to our inspection team for its checking. Once checked, the user would be notified about the status.

If the product received by us is found problem free with the mentioned problem, then the buyer would be charged for re-shipping charges. Otherwise the product would be exchanged and re-shipped to the buyer free of cost.

If the re-shipped product is found to have problem again, then the buyer can apply for re-exchanged. The procedure would be same as in exchange policy.

Yes, the exchange of the product could be cancelled but the buyer would be charged for re-shipping.
